The worldwide demand for men and women trained in plant biotechnology, integrated pest management, precision farming, postharvest technology, and research and development is growing daily. The 21st century of agriculture will be driven by the need to feed and clothe a growing world population. Meeting this demand will be achieved using methods that sustain the productivity of our farmland while minimizing environmental impact so that future generations may realize their dreams.
